As is the case with U.S. real estate generally, prices here have risen. However, the market remains an excellent value relative to other coastal areas, and a number of factors specific to Bandon, not the least of which is Bandon Dunes Golf Resort's national media exposure, promise strong future growth.
Business is brisk and seasonally frenetic, and the demands are such that we've found it isn't reasonably possible to help everyone wishing to buy or sell without sacrificing the quality of service we provide, which is an option we're unwilling to accept.
So our objective isn't to be all things to all people. Nor is it to have our hand in every deal that goes to escrow. Instead, we strive to selectively invest our efforts, thereby facilitating our ability to provide superior service to buyers and sellers of premium and development properties, whether oceanfront, suburban, rural or farmland.
Our clients come to us from all over the U.S.. Many are private investors looking for longterm value and/or soon-to-be retirees seeking an area with a higher quality of living. Most of our business is conducted by appointment and through referrals.
Properties we market appear on four MLS internet systems: rwre.com covering the southern Oregon coast; somls.com for all southern oregon; rmls.com has statewide coverage; and realtor.com a national presence. This, in addition to appearing on this website, bandonlandoffice.com and unitedcountry.com. In print, our listings are in the Pacific Coast Guide, distributed along the Oregon coast in real estate offices as well as United Country publications with a national readership in the millions. We are one of the few brokers to also advertise in national newspapers, including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Los Angeles Times, and monthly magazines, such as Traditional Homes, Architectural Digest and AARP.
We are members of the Coos County Board of Realtors, the Portland Regional Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
